More and more entrepreneurs work in teams, like in start-ups or short projects. In education this even happens much more frequently, for example in student companies. The E-Scan Team Analysis is based on the individual E-Scans of the team members. Based on their E-Scan the strengths and weaknesses as a team can be measured. It indicates how powerful they are as a team.
- strengths / weaknesses overview
- up to 6 persons in a team
- team power summarized in 1 index
The E-Scan Team Analysis is suitable for students in entrepreneurship education where students form a student company or work in a team assignment. It gives an insight into how strong the team is. If an E-Scan is done, the Team Analysis can be performed by pressing a button. It indicates the degree of similarity, but also the degree to which the members of the team are different from each other. In short; how powerful they are as a team. It also shows how entrepreneurial the team is. With one year license as many Team Analyses can be made as needed.
At the Noorderlingen (top program for young entrepreneurs, Stenden University) we came to the conclusion – based on our team analysis – that our current team setup was in order, but was lacking in pioneering and researching. We scored low on these skills and we now see this can become a problem for us. We really liked the team analysis because it made us look at our team and co-operation from a different angle. With the E-Learning in E-Scan we hope to further develop these skills and become successful entrepreneurs.
